    location and unique favorable growing climate for tomatoes 
2) Tomato quality:
    a) Grows in well-chosen tomato fields, thus avoiding the risks 
        of contamination of potential polluted areas
    b) Mature tomatoes are washed, pulped, heat treated and 
        peeled in accordance with good commercial practices and 
        HACCP standard
    c) Red and viscous with fine, distinct and even soluble solids
    d) Free from seeds
    e) Without any additives and preservatives
    f) Aseptically vacuum-packed
3) Concentration:
    a) 28 - 30%, hot break / cold break
    b) 30 - 32%, hot break
    c) 36 - 38%, cold break
